A SAD DAY IN AMERICA

A sad day in America is coming. That day is when America will alow the death of Terri Schiavo. The Christians are being accused of trampling on the rights of the anti-christians who are thrilled to see President Bush and a Republican Congress lose an issue and in Florida. Policticians will say they did their job in helping getting the courts to change their decison by moving it to a Federal court. The courts and judges are saying, we based our decision on what the husband said when Michael and Terri were alone and for the President and Congress to BUTT out. The press has been on the side of death all through this issue and support the husband. Attorneys are reaping a windfall from what eveyone has learned from this and that is get a "LIVING WILL". Organizations like Planned Parenthood and the womans NOW group are surprisingly very quiet on an issue involving a WOMAN. I could go on and on but first I would like to address a few of the aforementioned issues.

Terri's death is going to cause an uproar and back lash in this country never before seen on many like issues. People who have major life restriciting illnesses are going to begin to shudder in their wheelchairs. Lou Gherigs, MS victims, paraplegic's from accicdents or other major illness or diseases who dont have a LIVING WILL. Polls show that the President and Congress should never have gotten involved and that it was a state issue. PARDON ME! Congress has every right to terminate any judge who is a rouge or runaway idealistic person. Judge Greer is sitting in a seat created by Congress. President Bush could have used executive powers to have this woman transported back to Washington and Congress could have the Federal judge cited for contempt of Congress by not accepting their attorneys when asked to have her as a supeoned witness to a hearing. Congress could have saved her instead the bill created by them was person specific directed towards her allowing her case to be heard by a federal judge. Oh by the way, two of the Federal appeals judges offering disenting "NO" votes were appointees of Bill Clinton. When are we going to wake up and get the Judiciary committee to only ADVISE and CONSENT as the Constitution says and allow a full senate review with only a 51 vote margin to declare winner. But thats another issue. Governor Jeb Bush missed a chance to get the states Child Welfare division to take authority of Terri but failed when a Federal court judge said he would hold the Florida Govenor in contempt. Contempt of what! The judge does not have absoulute or dictitorial power over states law. And now we come to Michael. What a GEM! He was offered a million dollars to give up Terri to her parents and he could go on with his life. But he choose to carry this out to the end. The end of what. He has not been forth coming with any information relative to why he had all those problems with Terri. He was going to be divorced by her which is a known fact. Where are all the police investigative reports with signed affividavits stating all the problems with Michael by the nurses at the rehab center. How can a court judge take HEAR SAY evidence as evidence and make it the point for his decsion and all other challenges fail. This hear say evidence was introduced 7 years after Terri's accident. And why can't Michael just say, Mr and Mrs Schindler, I give you back your daughter. I believe you can provide her with love and care much better that I. Get a court ordered divorce, marry the woman who has born him two kids out of wed lock and get married giving the kids his name. What a simple and humane way to resolve the problem and keep the courts and lawyers out of it who have managed to consume his Malpractise award of 1.2 million dollars. WHAT IS THE REASON. Michael harmed her some way by causing her condition and he is afraid she will wake up and point a finger at him.

The backlash is that people will remember those who were on the wrong side of this issue. MORALITY will win over LEGALLITY. As always the polls will be found to be baseless as usual and people will begin to look at LIFE not DEATH matters. The millions who are bed ridden or travel in wheel chairs or are assisted on every aspect of life 's daily needs do not have to worry.

IT IS NOT MAN'S RIGHT TO TAKE AN INNOCENT LIFE , BUT IT IS GOD'S CHOICE. HE GAVE YOU LIFE AND IT IS HIS TO TAKE.

IN CONDOLENCES UPON TERRI SCHIAVO'S DEATH, A BLACK CLOTH WILL BE DRAPED OVER MY AMERICAN FLAG HANGING OUTSIDE MY HOUSE FOR ONE WEEK.
